Why we ask you to email us first
Drug injury claims depend on records: which drug you took, the dose, when you started and stopped, and when you were diagnosed. Those details decide whether a claim qualifies, and a phone call cannot confirm them. Email us a short description of what happened, and we will reply with the list of records we need to review your claim.
What the cases are about
Dupixent (dupilumab) is prescribed for eczema, asthma and other conditions that involve the immune system. In September 2025 the FDA began reviewing reports of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, a cancer of the skin, in patients taking the drug. The lawsuits claim that Sanofi and Regeneron knew or should have known of the risk, failed to warn doctors and patients, and that the drug either masked the early signs of the cancer or made it worse.
Who may qualify
- You were prescribed Dupixent and used it as directed.
- You were later diagnosed with T-cell lymphoma, in particular cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (mycosis fungoides or Sezary syndrome).
- You can document both the prescription and the diagnosis through medical records or pharmacy records.
What to send us
- The names of the doctors who prescribed Dupixent and the dates you took it.
- Your pharmacy printout, which most pharmacies will print for free.
- The biopsy report and the oncology records that carry the diagnosis.
- Any skin condition you were treated for before Dupixent.
Questions we hear
I had a skin condition before I started the drug. Does that end my claim?
No. Most people prescribed Dupixent had a skin condition first. The question is whether the cancer came later and whether the warning was adequate.
How long do I have?
The deadline depends on your state and on when you learned of the diagnosis. Send us the records and we will tell you where you stand.
